Job Description
Required Qualifications:- Experience with SCADA systems and fiber optics.
- Experience in electrical and fiber testing such as TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, and VOCs.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
- Experience inspecting installed equipment to ensure compliance with scope of work and specifications.
- Experience reviewing project completion documentation.
- Experience leading and managing construction tasks, including task monitoring, team feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to identify and mitigate job site hazards.
Responsibilities:- Enforce and prioritize safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete projects effectively.
- Perform inspections and audits of construction work to verify adherence to standards and specifications.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure it is up to date.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep detailed records of construction activities, safety inspections, and progress updates.
- Collaborate closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and operations teams such as NEER/FPL.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, safety, and quality control.
