Electrician
Location: Rochester, New York
Pay: $25/hr to $35hr based on experience

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with NEC regulations during all installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Provide guidance to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Electrician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding electrical schematics.
- Experience using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of NEC regulations is essential.
- Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
