We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction. The ideal candidate will be experienced in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while working safely and efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and install electrical wire and cable in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.
Measure, cut, thread, and bend rigid conduit using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Install and terminate electrical devices, including switches, receptacles, panels, and initiating devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company and OSHA regulations.
Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to ensure project completion on schedule.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Compensation & Travel
$40–$50/hour depending on experience
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Depending on Experience) (structured payouts)
$55/day per diem
Paid travel time
Company truck & fuel card
Private hotel room (never shared)
Sign-on Bonus Structure
30% after 30 days
30%after 90 days
40% after 180 days
Bonus payments are contingent on continued employment. Unpaid portions are forfeited if employment ends early.
Early voluntary separation may require repayment.
Travel Expectations
~90% national travel
Typical travel durations: 2 weeks
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of hands-on electrician experience.
Proficient in pulling wire, bending rigid conduit, reading blueprints/prints, and installing initiating devices.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices.
Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel 90% of the time
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician or experienced Apprentice.
Experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
