We're seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex electrical problems that keep production running safely and efficiently.

This is a critical role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility electrical systems. If you take pride in diagnosing issues quickly, minimizing downtime, and working on a variety of industrial equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of the maintenance team, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Install, modify, and repair wiring, motors, controls, and electrical components
• Utilize diagnostic tools including meters, meggers, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history within the CMMS system
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to maintain production efficiency
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, and power distribution
• Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to identify risks and communicate concerns effectively
• Ability to work at heights when required
• Reliable, team-oriented professional with strong communication skills

Schedule

• Full-time, onsite position
• Training will begin on 1st shift
• Expected long-term assignment on 2nd or 3rd shift
• Overtime opportunities available based on production demands, projects, and plant needs
