Pay & Safety Net

• Expected Earnings:90,000–100,000+ (active earners clear six figures).

• Uncapped Commission Tiers: Up to 25%.

• 90-Day Safety Net: Guaranteed 20–35/hr (based on experience). We always pay whichever is higher—hourly or commission—each pay period while you get up to speed.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a fully stocked company vehicle to local homes to diagnose electrical needs and perform safety checks.

• Learn to present clear, upfront pricing options and close service jobs with confidence.

• Complete service upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and navigate local codes with help from our master-level team.

• Deliver clean, accurate craftsmanship and build great relationships with homeowners.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one—we care far more about who you are and how eager you are to grow.

• The Right Mindset: Friendly, coachable, curious, and humble with zero ego. You love learning new things and take pride in doing honest work.

• Experience Level: 2+ years of residential electrical experience (apprentice-level tech or service tech looking to step up).

• Customer Focus:Great communication skills and a naturally helpful personality.

• Basic Requirements:Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen, and reliable commute/relocation near Fenton, MO (within ~1 hour of St. Louis).

Schedule & Balance

• Shift Options: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (last dispatch at 3:30 PM) OR Tuesday–Saturday.

• Work-Life Balance: No mandatory on-call shifts. Storm response is 100% voluntary.
