Electrician

Summary:

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of generators and automatic transfer switches. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify electrical sstem issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components in electrical systems, such as switches, wiring, fuse boxes, and generators.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical system problems on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician or in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
