Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings. Assembles components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; reporting malfunctions. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Follow procedures regarding any irregular or non-conforming material.  Ability to retain information with regard to standard assembly/disassembly procedures. Experience with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
