Seeking a skilled Assembler 2 to perform a variety of production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
In this role, you will work from diagrams and technical drawings to build modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables using precision hand/power tools, jigs, and saws.
Key Responsibilities
Production Assembly: Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on complex electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies.
Drawing Navigation: Work directly from engineering diagrams, technical drawings, and initial layouts.
Quality: Conduct continuity checks on in-process and completed work, perform quality inspections.
Re-Work: Disassemble, modify, re-work, re-assemble, and test assemblies under simulated conditions.

Basic Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Certification: Active IPC J-STD-001 Certification.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in hand soldering or assembling electronic components within a manufacturing setting.
Soft Skills: Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and communicate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Expert Soldering: 5+ years of experience in hand soldering, including inspection, complex re-work/repair, and utilizing various specialized soldering tools and equipment.
Technical: Advanced ability to understand, interpret, and attention to detail to technical documents on electro-mechanical work.
Software Skills: Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and Microsoft 365 applications.
Hazard Work: Willingness to be trained to work on explosive assemblies.
