Utilize hand tools power tools fixtures lifts cranes and manufacturing equipment to complete production tasks. Conduct testing calibration verification and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality and performance. Inspect components and finished products to verify compliance with specifications FDA regulations and ISO standards. Read and interpret technical drawings work instructions blueprints and manufacturing procedures. Accurately complete production documentation labeling activities material tracking and quality records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with Engineering Quality Manufacturing and Product Development teams. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Quality Management Systems QMS and safety procedures. Assist in training new assemblers as needed. Maintain productivity accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in manufacturing environments. Medical device diagnostics electronics aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Experience performing mechanical electrical or electronic assembly. Strong knowledge of hand tools power tools torque tools measuring equipment and assembly fixtures. Ability to interpret technical drawings work instructions and assembly specifications. Experience with testing calibration inspection and troubleshooting processes.
