  • Apply common air-frame construction techniques such as installing rivets, mechanical fasteners, nut plates, and related hardware where required.
  • Perform PCBA-related work, including troubleshooting printed circuit board assemblies and supporting repair activities.
  • Rapidly shift between roles and responsibilities to support changing production priorities in a high-paced, challenging environment.
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written form with engineering and production teams to clarify requirements, report issues, and support continuous improvement.
  • Utilize computers for standard browser use, word processing, documentation, and test record entry as part of daily work.
  • Follow all established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.
  • Support overtime and occasional weekend work as needed to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics, and to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
  • Working knowledge of common electrical components and their application in assemblies and systems.
  • Proficiency with computer use, including standard web browsers and word processing applications for documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging production environment and to adapt quickly to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with engineering and production personnel.
  • Comfort working in a military and defense facility and around missile-related systems and equipment.
