Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician (Manufacturing)

What you’ll tackle

• Keep production, support, and auxiliary equipment running through rapid troubleshooting, corrective repair, and rigorous PM execution (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Own the maintenance shop’s orderliness and documentation standards.
• Perform mold setups; accurately log maintenance and repair activities.
• Interpret electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical schematics; isolate PLC faults and restore function.
• Work safely on energized systems and across low/high voltage in compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70.
• Inspect machines, robots, and auxiliaries for safety and performance; verify safeguards meet OSHA and internal policies.
• Assist with installation and startup of new/special machinery, automation, and robotics.
• Manage spare parts inventory; escalate replenishment needs to the Maintenance Manager.

Must‑haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance/mechanical experience.
• Proficiency diagnosing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical safety protocols.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings/specifications.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and work tracking.
