    About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team in Miami, FL. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, particularly with food machinery, and must be comfortable working in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment.

    Key Responsibilities :Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food processing machinery.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components including PLCs, sensors, and frequency converters.Install, calibrate, and maintain control boards and automation systems.Conduct welding and other mechanical repairs as needed.Maintain electrical systems ranging from 120V to 240V.Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Communicate effectively with team members and management in both Spanish and English.Required Qualifications:Proven hands-on experience working with food machinery.Strong knowledge of PLCs, frequency converters, and control boards.Familiarity with electronic circuits, sensors, and troubleshooting tools.Mechanical maintenance skills including welding.Electrical maintenance experience with 120V240V systems.Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required (Spanish is primarily used by the manager).Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a food production or beverage manufacturing facility.Technical diploma or certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.OSHA safety certification.
