Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.
Install, connect, and torque components and assemblies to required specifications.
Perform hands-on tasks such as drilling, tapping, reaming, and crimping.
Inspect assemblies, perform crimp pull tests, and help resolve production issues.
Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot challenges and recommend improvements.
Follow online work instructions, maintain accurate production records, and verify bills of materials.
Help manage inventory, organize work priorities, and support on-time product delivery.
Assist with training and guiding other assemblers when needed.
Follow established quality standards and safety procedures, including when working outdoors or at heights.

Approximately 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
Strong mechanical assembly experience, preferably working with large equipment or complex electromechanical systems.
Experience with wiring, cabling, crimping, and connecting mechanical and electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
Experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, large machinery, or complex equipment integration is especially valuable. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to small circuit boards or semiconductor manufacturing may not be the best fit.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
Competitive pay: $24$26 per hour, depending on experience.
Flexible first shift: Typical hours are around 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m., with some flexibility in start and end times.
Hands-on technical work: Build large, sophisticated equipment while developing your electromechanical assembly skills.
Team collaboration: Work alongside experienced engineering and production professionals.
Potential long-term opportunity: The initial contract is six months, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment depending on business demand.
Important Requirements
