Compensation & Schedule

• Starting wage: $20/hr
• Choose your shift:
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:30pm

A day in this role

You’ll arrive, review clear English blueprints, and prepare wiring—cutting, stripping, thinning, and bending—before assembling and installing electrical and mechanical components with small hand tools. You’ll check your work, enter basic information on a computer, and keep your station tidy throughout the day. Consistency and reliability are the hallmarks of success here.

What you’ll assemble and do

• Assemble and install a variety of electrical and mechanical parts
• Prepare wire: cut, strip, thin, and bend as specified
• Use common hand tools: wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and more

What you bring

• Ability to read blueprints in English
• Comfort with computers for basic tasks
• Strength to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Strong reliability and on‑time attendance
• Quick in-office skills test required
