Johnson Service Group is looking for an Electronic Assembler with 2- years experience working in a PCB environment. This is a Temp-Direct job in The Chatsworth, CA area. Must be open to start working in Van Nuys, CA, then moving to Chatsworth, CA.
Pay Rate: $26.00 HR DOE

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of assembly operations, including crimping, staking, bonding, press-fit, fastening, and related electrical tasks as requested
- Interpret and follow detailed assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Identify workmanship issues and process discrepancies, escalating concerns and supporting corrective actions as needed
- Follow documented work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent product completion
- Actively contributes to team objectives and meet daily production commitments
- Work efficiently and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendance
- Support production demands by working overtime as needed
- Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Always adhere to company Quality System and Instructions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fundamental English speaking, reading, math, and writing skills
- Minimum of 1 years experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting environment
- Skilled in electrical assembly techniques, including crimping, bonding, press-fit, and fastening
- Possess an understanding of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
- Willingness to share new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
- Demonstrates integrity, strong character, and a solid work ethic
- Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
- Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident

- Associates in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical training
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation
- IPC-J-STD-001 Certification (with Space Addendum preferred)
- IPC-A-610 Certification
- NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 Certifications
