As a Assembly of Small Parts and Cables / QC  Associates and Operator positions 

Highlights of the Assembler / Quality Control Jobs

• 2nd and 3rd shift $19.70 for 2nd / $20.70 for 3rd. Experienced operators  $26 plus /hr DOE 
• 1st - $18/hr. - 
• Are you more experienced?- If so, you may qualify for the higher pay Operator positions. 
• Team environment in growing company 
• Hands-on repetitive small parts assembly 
• For candidate's that like to work with small parts and inspection and excellent hand eye coordination 
• Great for candidates with past Electronic assembly or very small parts assembler. 
• NOT ON BUS ROUTE / DIPLOMA OR HS EQUIVALENT REQUIRED

 Assembler of Small Parts / QC  Job Responsibilities: 

• Assembly and inspect small parts with precision
• Working with Cables and small component
• Reading and filling forms out in English and basic measuring 
• Follow detailed instructions and quality control procedures
• Delicate assembly work, Electronic assembly 
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues

 Assembler of Small Parts Job Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Electronic assembly, Small parts assembly or cable assembly helpful 
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet quality standards
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work is a plus
• High school Diploma  / GED
