Our strong work culture drives high employee satisfaction, and we're looking for individuals passionate about making a positive impact.The Rework Tech 1 is responsible for troubleshooting and correcting manufacturing solder defects and test failures on printed circuit board assemblies including removal and replacement of components. Be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and follow work instructions. Have strong component identification skill. Must have strong hand soldering skills, be able to solder under a Mantis Microscope and able to solder with the use of a video inspection system. Assist production with soldering and testing as needed.  A day on the job may inlclude:Repairs defective surfaces and circuitry on printed circuit boards PCBs, using power hand tools, utilizing knowledge of electronic repair techniquesPositions PCBs under microscope to examine circuitryRepairs defective circuitry using hand tools and soldering Cleans repaired boards with solvent using brush ragsInspects boards to define that repairs meet specificationsMember of the OE team and completed at least 3 projectsProven understanding and execution of 5S principles.Other tasks as assignedThis job may be for you if  you can:Sit for up to 8 hours a dayCapable of walking distancesThis job may be for you if you have:High School Diploma required2 year degree preferredStrong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)1 year in a similar positionAbility to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlinesExtra Awesome:2+ years in a similar positionSolder certification preferredReady to Join Us?If this role sounds like a fit, please fill out our quick 3-minute, mobile-friendly application.
