As an Electronic Technician, you will provide, maintain, and troubleshoot programmed software to ensure a reliable and safe production environment.

    Your Role at a Glance

    • Communicate effectively with the Electrical Supervisor and peers.
    • Troubleshoot electronic/electrical equipment and HMI-related issues.
    • Maintain operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment.
    • Program and/or troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 of the production line.
    • Perform maintenance tasks on electronic/electrical equipment.
    • Support and lead maintenance improvement activities (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX).
    • Evaluate new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware.
    • Document work history accurately in SAP, including entering and closing work orders.
    • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions and technologies.
    • Lead by example and promote safety programs and activities.

    What Sets You Apart

    We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:

    • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, PLC language (Allen Bradley/Siemens), and procedure manuals.
    • Strong knowledge of AC/DC motor theory and VFDs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/ABB).
    • Skilled in AC/DC low-voltage control circuit troubleshooting.
    • Solid mathematical and reasoning skills for problem-solving.
    • Above-average electrical and mechanical comprehension.
    • Associates degree in electronics or substantial progress toward completion preferred.
    • Minimum 10+ years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience.
    • Proficient in PLC codes (AB and/or Siemens) and traceability systems.
    • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications.
