What You'll Do

• 
  Prepare, organize, and label materials for production
  
• 
  Check parts, quantities, and labels for accuracy
  
• 
  Keep materials organized and return unused items to inventory
  
• 
  Communicate any missing parts or issues to the team
  
• 
  Help with production setup and cleanup as needed
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  

What You'll Bring

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 
  Basic computer skills
  
• 
  Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
  
• 
  Dependable attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  
• 
  Previous soldering experience is highly preferred
  
• 
  U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
