Electronics Technician

Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Test production assemblies and sub-assemblies for correct operation and compliance to performance specifications.
• Set up or modify equipment, calibrate, and operate equipment based on detailed instructions.
• Tune equipment as per detailed specifications and perform routine experiments under close supervision.
• Conduct troubleshooting to achieve root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and assist in quality control inspections.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to enhance quality and process efficiency.
• Participate in training plans and contribute to quality and LEAN activities.
• Comply with all EHS and Quality procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Associates degree in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technology related field, or a High School diploma with *2+ years* of experience in an electrical technician role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting at subsystem and system levels using identifiable problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data and assist with corrections to existing designs or processes.
• Understanding of basic electronic components and circuits.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Effective communication skills in English (or local language).
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technology related fields.
• Associates in Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Experience with thru hole and surface mount soldering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
