JOB TITLE: Electronics Technician
LOCATION:Ventura, CA
PAY RATE: $43/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Provides engineering hardware fabrication support for laboratory operations.

• Performs troubleshooting and testing of electronic and electrical hardware.

• Fabricates electronic and electrical chassis using development engineering drawings.

• Fabricates mechanical racks using development engineering drawings.

• Performs basic laboratory operations in support of engineering hardware activities.

• Climbs ladders and lifts up to 25 pounds as required for hardware fabrication and testing.

• Works independently and discusses technical issues with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• An Associate of Arts degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is highly preferred.

• 4-6 years of experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing.

• 4-6 years of experience with electrical troubleshooting.

• 4-6 years of experience with electrical diagnosis and repair.

• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 pounds for hardware fabrication and testing.
