QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Michigan Teacher Certificate and Michigan School Administrator Certificate.
Master's Degree in Educational Administration
Minimum of five (5) years of elementary teaching experience preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in an elementary school is preferred
Experience in district-wide committee leadership
Impeccable work ethic, values and skill in creating a PLC school environment
Possess an understanding of and an experience in leading a culture of learners
Demonstrate a commitment to Clarenceville School District's vision, mission and strategic plan
Evidence of active participation and leadership in professional organizations
Demonstrated ability and interest in curriculum development and in working harmoniously with students, parents, teachers, and the school community
Demonstrated ability as an educational leader through:
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to plan, organize, and execute the full-range of administrative tasks
