Our Lifecycle Marketing & Automation team drives owned-channel engagement and revenue for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, working hands-on in Pega's own Customer Decision Hub (CDH). We blend platform execution, data-driven optimization, and AI-powered personalization to move the business forward.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You'll join a team where you're not just running campaigns — you're shaping how AI and data come together to create smarter, more personalized customer journeys. At Pega, you'll have the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge marketing technology while helping define what modern, AI-first lifecycle marketing looks like.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Execute complex, multi-channel (email, SMS, omni-channel) campaigns within our Marketing Automation Platform Customer Decision Hub (CDH), owning end-to-end performance from setup through optimization.

+ Analyze campaign performance data to uncover opportunities in targeting, messaging, and channel mix that improve engagement and revenue.

+ Optimize omni-channel journeys using behavioral triggers and personalization across email, SMS, and other owned channels.

+ Leverage CDH's AI and self-learning algorithms, validating that recommendations align with best practices and monitoring real-time next-best-action results.

+ Maintain expertise in email marketing and omni-channel nurture strategies and best practices. Validate that Customer Decision Hub's AI recommendations and campaign optimizations align with industry standards and proven strategies. Flag when AI optimization patterns might violate best practices (frequency, send time patterns, segmentation logic) and recommend adjustments.

+ Validate segment accuracy, flag data quality issues or false signals that impact campaign performance, and escalate to the marketing contact data team for resolution.

+ Maintain deep hands-on expertise in CDH. Stay current on platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices. Identify optimization opportunities within the platform and escalate recommendations to leadership.

Who You Are:

+ You bring 6-8 years of experience in lifecycle email marketing within B2B tech, with a track record of driving revenue through owned channels.

+ You have deep knowledge of nurture strategy, frequency capping, send-time optimization, and segmentation logic.

+ Experience with campaign hierarchy (program codes, tracking, reporting, and attribution)

+ You have expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms (CDH preferred, or Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Sales Automation preferred, or a CRM like SFDC), including campaign hierarchy structures.

+ You're comfortable interpreting dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools to translate data into optimization recommendations.

+ You have experience building workflow automation and leveraging AI tools for content generation and testing.

+ You have working knowledge of APIs and system integrations connecting a marketing automation platform to CRM and other internal systems.

+ You have experience building workflow automation and leveraging AI tools for content generation and testing.

+ You understand omni-channel journey orchestration across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.

What You've Accomplished:

+ Built and optimized high-performing, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that delivered measurable improvements in engagement and revenue.

+ Used data and analytics to uncover and act on optimization opportunities across targeting, messaging, and channel mix.

+ Partnered with AI-powered marketing tools to improve personalization and campaign performance while maintaining best-practice guardrails.

+ Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams to maintain brand consistency and drive strategic recommendations.

+ Configured decisioning rules and audience segmentation logic within a marketing automation platform to drive targeted, personalized engagement.
