Job Summary
Responsible for leading the technical aspects of application development for embedded systems using C++. Oversee and coordinate the team of developers to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and test embedded systems applications using c++.
2. Define technical architecture and provide guidance on design and implementation decisions.
3. Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and best practices.
4. Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to deliver high-quality, efficient code.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet project deadlines and quality objectives.

Skill Requirements
