Kilgore is freestanding ER 12 beds
Reason For Coverage: Additional coverage needed
Dates & Required Availability:   Sat-Fri
Shift & Call Details:
  • Monday: 7a–3p, 2p–10p, 9p–7a
  • Tuesday–Friday & Sunday: 7a–2:30p, 2p–9:30p, 9p–7a
  • Saturday: 7a–2p, 2p–9p, 9p–7a
Credentialing Timeframe:  60 days 
Job Details:
  • Setting: Inpatient 
  • Patient Volume: 23,500 annual volume. 64 patients per day. 15 ED beds and 2 fast track
  • Required Procedures: Standard ER position
  • APP Support/Supervision:  Strong physician and APP coverage model, r
  • EMR: Epic
  • Client Requirement: ATLS and ACLS required for non-boarded EM and FM physicians. EM boarded physicians do not need to maintain ATLS once boarded. ABFM must have at least 2 years of ED facilities with annual volumes of 10,000+. Accepts ABEM, AOBEM, and ABFM
Onboarding Requirements
  • On-site hospital orientation required
  • Epic test-out available for Epic-proficient providers
  • Epic training required if proficiency cannot be demonstrated
  • Completion of Genesis modules
  • Fit test required
  • OB Hypertension and Postpartum Hemorrhage training required via UpToDate
Credentialing Requirements
  • Hepatitis B series or titer
  • MMR series or titer
  • Tdap within last 10 years
  • Varicella series or titer
  • TB testing within last year
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season
  • Travel Accommodations: All travel covered


Additional Details:
  • Pay Rate: $300 ($615 for 8 hour day), $315 ($495 for 8 hour day), $325 (415 for 8 hour day)
  • Bill Rate: (Range Quoted/Previous Client Rates) $389.50 (after VMS fees are paid)
