Local Team Collaboration:
At Trios Southridge Hospital, we are growing our strong and collaborative Emergency Medicine team size to 6+ EM physicians and 7.5+ EM Advanced Practice Providers.
Our model consists of 27 hours per day of physician coverage and 22 hours per day of Advanced Practice provider coverage.
Level 3 Trauma, acute care hospital with 21-bed ED, 6 fast track beds, and 14 ICU beds.
Annual volume of 24,440 with 10.8% admission rate; 1.5% transfers.
Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/Board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
Respond to floor codes, including neonatal resuscitation.
CT in-house, Ultrasound, and MRI on call at night.
Bedside Ultrasound performed by all EM physicians.
