Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Compensation: $47.84 - $71.78/hour, based on experience
Relocation: Considered case-by-case

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for a high-volume, high-acuity Level I Trauma Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ED operations, patient care, staffing, and department performance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
• Manage department budgets, productivity, resources, and staffing needs.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments.
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Current Missouri RN license or active Compact RN license.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of recent acute-care Emergency Department management experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• PALS or ENPC required upon hire.
• TNCC or ATCN required within one year of hire.
• Strong ED leadership, staff management, and operational experience.
