Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients in critical situations.

Duties
Assess and triage patients upon arrival in the Emergency Room.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform catheter care, airway management, and tube feeding when necessary.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and emergency care practices.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in senior care settings is preferred.
Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
