We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for a contract assignment in a fast-paced hospital emergency department. This role is ideal for ER nurses who are confident managing high-acuity patients, rapid triage, and emergency interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform rapid triage and comprehensive patient assessments
Provide care to patients presenting with trauma, acute illness, and medical emergencies
Initiate emergency interventions and administer medications per protocol
Assist with resuscitation efforts and emergency procedures
Monitor patient condition and respond to changes quickly
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary emergency department teams
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Ability to perform effectively in high-acuity, high-volume environments
Required Certifications
BLS (AHA required)
ACLS required
CEN preferred
Contract Details
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts (days or nights based on availability)
Employment Type: Contract (not a permanent role)
