EmergencyRoom Technicians support the nursing and medical staff in the emergencydepartment by assisting with patient care and maintaining equipment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Assist with patient triage and preparation for treatment.
- Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and collecting samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the emergency room.
- Assist medical staff with procedures and documentation.
- Ensure availability and functionality of medicalsupplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Completion of a medical assistant or emergency medical technician program.
- Certification in Basic LifeSupport (BLS).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment
