Emergency Services RN Manager - Roanoke, VA

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services RN Manager to join a dedicated healthcare team outside of Roanoke, Virginia!

Full-Time | Permanent | Day & Evening Shift Opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Active Virginia RN license or eligible compact RN license

• Emergency Department leadership or management experience required

• Current BLS certification

• TNCC certification

• ACLS and PALS required within one year of employment

• Strong leadership, staffing, and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities & Highlights

• Oversee daily Emergency Department operations and patient care

• Manage nursing and support staff, including RNs, LPNs, and PCTs

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development

• Maintain clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and staff competencies

• Collaborate with the Emergency Department Director to ensure quality patient care

• Opportunities available in a main Emergency Department and a freestanding Emergency Department

• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as assigned

• Relocation assistance may be available
