Responsibilities

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with local business owners and human resources directors.

Analyze current benefit offerings to identify gaps and suggest meaningful improvements for our clients.

Coordinate the annual renewal process, including competitive market analysis and plan design strategy.

Collaborate with our internal service team to resolve billing or claim issues promptly.

Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance License.

Experience and understanding of self insurance plans.

Minimum of three years of experience managing employee benefit accounts.

Advanced understanding of group health, dental, vision, and disability products.

Proficiency in benefit administration platforms and standard office software.

Strong analytical skills for assessing plan performance and renewal data.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
