Job Title: Employee Relations Supervisor

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite with 20% travel as needed)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 5:00

Pay: $48-$52/hr.

We're partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to lead complex workplace investigations and provide guidance to a team of HR Business Partners across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone whose primary focus has been Employee Relations and who enjoys balancing hands-on case management with coaching and leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Review and oversee employee relations investigations conducted by HRBPs
• Coach and develop HRBP team members on investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and terminations
• Lead complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution
• Partner with managers and leadership to address workplace concerns, performance issues, and employee disputes
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment law compliance
• Prepare detailed investigation summaries, findings, and recommendations
• Analyze ER trends and provide reporting and insights to leadership
• Assist with policy development, audits, training, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with legal counsel on escalated employee relations matters and employment claims as needed
