Theyre known for giving associates real responsibility, strong mentorship, and a culture that values professionalism and happiness.Job Description Represent employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters involving unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses, and related claimsDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents in state and federal courtConduct legal research and write clear, persuasive briefs and case strategy memosTake and defend depositions with guidance from experienced class action litigatorsHelp manage a growing caseload and hit deadlines in a fast paced environmentWork closely with senior attorneys while building toward independently managing your own mattersQualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar license in good standingApproximately 0 to 2 years of employment law experience with exposure to wage and hour class actions and or PAGA preferredStrong legal research, writing, and communication skillsOrganized, detail oriented, and able to manage priorities and deadlinesWhy Youll Love Working Here You will not be stuck doing only support work.
