What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Advisory: Provide proactive counsel on wage/hour laws, FMLA/CFRA leaves, and employee relations.

• Workplace Investigations: Lead high-level investigations into sensitive employment issues.

• Litigation & Defense: Defend clients against FEHA/Title VII claims and represent them at administrative hearings.

• Policy & Drafting: Draft clear, tailored employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.

• 2+ years of dedicated Employment Law experience.

• Public Sector Expertise (Plus): Familiarity with PERB, the Brown Act, or the Government Code is a major advantage.

• A strategic advisor mindset with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
