Employment Law Associate - Counseling & Litigation

We are looking for an Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our top-ranked team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background spanning both counseling and litigation to help manage cases independently and collaborate effectively across the firm.

What will you be doing?

• Counsel employers on compliance and risk management.

• Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation.

• Manage matters independently while collaborating with the team.

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

• Work with a diverse range of clients on complex employment law issues.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct employment law experience.

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.

• Demonstrated experience in both employment counseling and litigation.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
