Job Summary: The role seeks a dynamic individual to develop and deliver impactful training programs for a global hotel partnerships team. You will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams through robust tooling enablement and innovative learning experiences. The position requires a proactive approach to managing learning resources and supporting go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce resource library.
- Proactively track and update Salesforce changes to minimize disruption.
- Create role-specific training materials for various sales functions.
- Assist in the administration of new hire onboarding programs.
- Support major tooling and process launches with rapid turnaround.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on Salesforce enablement experience.
- Proficiency in creating just-in-time learning content.
- Experience with course authoring and content management platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the hospitality, travel, or marketplace industries.
