END USER SUPPORT 1 | Remote | Newport News, VA

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) is hiring 2 End User Support 1 professionals to join its IT Liaison Support Group. This is a 12-month fully remote contract supporting HII employees with desktop, software, and access-related technical support.

What You'll Do:

Provide remote desktop and software support
Troubleshoot Windows 365, Outlook, and Teams issues
Process user access requests and ticket updates
Support hardware, software, and network connectivity
Coordinate with internal IT and Help Desk teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant IT certification
Experience with Windows 365, Outlook & Microsoft Teams
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Confidential Clearance required

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Newport News may be required) Pay: $24-29/hr | Start: October 12, 2026
