CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a customer-focused End-User Support & Field Services Technician to provide hands on technical support to internal users and/or client sites. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supporting end-user devices, and delivering excellent on-site and remote service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and support Windows based systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows)
  • Support productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, basic networking)
  • Perform hardware deployments, imaging, upgrades, and asset management
  • Deliver on-site field support at branch or client locations
  • Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 teams as needed
  • Break Fix & Installation
  • Move/Add/Change (MAC)
  • Mobile Device Support
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Assist Fire Dept planning systems
  • Support of Municipal Court location
  • May need to support outside normal business hours
