Endocrinologists
focus on hormonal disorders and metabolic issues, including diabetes and
thyroid diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage hormonal
disorders.
- Develop individualized
treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' progress
and adjust treatments as necessary.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of internal
medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship.
- Board certification in
endocrinology.
- Strong analytical skills for
interpreting lab results.
- Excellent communication and
counseling abilities.
