Monday–Thursday. Full-time, or part-time for the right doctor.

Riverbend Endodontics is an established, newly renovated endodontic specialty practice in Toledo — and we're hiring the endodontist who will lead it.

We're Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry, a successful specialty group built and led by dentists. You practice endodontics. We handle everything else!

The offer

• $400,000 annual base + 50% of collections
• $100,000 welcoming bonus
• Relocation assistance
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00–5:00 — flexible scheduling
• Fully covered malpractice insurance
• Health and vision insurance
• 401(k) with employer match
• Continuing education and study clubs
• Heavily discounted in-house dental care for you and your immediate family
• An established practice and referral base to step into — in a modern, renovated office with state-of-the-art technology

Benefits apply at full-time employment (30+ hours/week); some are available part-time as well.

What you'll do

Practice endodontics at the top of your license: diagnose and treat, lead your clinical team, and take great care of patients who were referred to you because you're the specialist. That's the job — no production quotas, no sales pressure, no running a business on the side.

Who this fits

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program, with a certificate in Endodontics
• Active Ohio license in good standing (or eligible to obtain one)
• 1–2 years post-residency preferred — strong new graduates are welcome to apply
• A doctor who cares about patients, ethics, and doing excellent work — and who wants to be rewarded for it
