Endovascular Account Associate

Company: Microbot Medical

Microbot Medical® is a cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic company. We are on a mission to revolutionize endovascular procedures with the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System, a single-use and fully disposable robotic system for endovascular procedures.  The endovascular market is one of the largest markets with clear unmet needs, but still with minimal penetration of robotics. LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System aims to revolutionize the robotics marketplace by overcoming obstacles that hinder the adoption of other robotic systems, such as eliminating the large capital expense, creating a system intended to be easy to use, enabling a short learning curve, and having the potential to address the unmet needs for all stakeholders.

Why You Should Join Us

Microbot Medical is seeking Endovascular Account Associates to support the commercialization and adoption of the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System across assigned territories.

This role will work closely with Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Leadership to provide procedural support, educate clinical teams, build customer relationships, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth within hospitals and healthcare systems.

The ideal candidate will have a background in medical device sales, clinical support, or a hospital procedural environment and be passionate about bringing innovative technology into the endovascular space.

What You’ll Do

As an Endovascular Account Associate you will:

    • Provide in-room technical support during endovascular procedures to ensure successful case execution, system performance, and physician satisfaction

    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, technicians, schedulers, supply chain teams, and clinical stakeholders

    • Drive adoption and utilization of the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System within assigned accounts

    • Support customer onboarding, product education, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management

    • Train clinical teams on system setup, instrumentation, workflow integration, and safe product use

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within healthcare systems

    • Track territory activity, pipeline progression, customer engagement, and account performance through CRM systems

    • Gather customer feedback and procedural insights to support commercial strategy and product improvement

    • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Professional Education, and Sales teams to support market expansion

    • Attend conferences, robotics labs, physician training programs, tradeshows, and key opinion leader engagements

    • Maintain knowledge of company products, competitive technologies, healthcare regulations, and industry trends

    • Meet quarterly goals related to case volume, utilization, and territory growth

    • Demonstrate the clinical and commercial value of the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System

What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred backgrounds include Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, Business, or related fields

    • Candidates must have one of the following:

    • Experience supporting cases in the OR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology preferred

    • Experience with disposable medical technologies, robotics, minimally invasive procedures, or vascular/interventional specialties preferred
