Prod BA is an invoicing/settlements expert. If they have Endur experience that'd be great, but they need to have some other financial systems experience.
Hands on Endur back-office experience. Back-office (Settlement and Invoicing) experience for any commodity

Industry Experience:

Any project with Endur and any commodity would be fine as long as they have BO experience
Endur Back-Office Functional Leadership
Lead and support Endur Back-Office (BO) processes, including:
o Settlements
o Invoicing
o Payment processing
o Accounting interfaces (GL integration)
Own functional design and configuration of BO modules in Endur.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Endur configurations.
Project & Delivery Management
Lead or contribute to Endur projects including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
Manage end-to-end BO workstreams, from requirements gathering through UAT and go-live.
Coordinate with technical teams, offshore/onshore resources, and vendors.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Trading teams to align Endur BO processes with business needs.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Endur BO during audits, production issues, and enhancements.
Mentor junior BAs and provide functional guidance.
Testing & Support
Drive SIT/UAT for BO functionality, including test scenario creation and defect resolution.
Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing production support for Endur BO.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Endur (Openlink), with strong hands-on Back-Office focus.
Proven experience in Settlements and Invoicing within Endur.
Experience working on Endur projects (implementation, upgrade, or major enhancement).
Commodity experience is flexible – Power, Gas, Oil, LNG, Metals, or other traded commodities are acceptable.
Strong understanding of:
o Trade lifecycle
o BO accounting and financial flows
o Interfaces between Endur and ERP/GL systems
Experience leading or mentoring BAs or functional team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
