Join our growing team as an Energetic Mover/Packer and help deliver outstanding moving experiences to our clients in their homes. We seek reliable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. This role involves loading, transporting, unloading, and packing household items with care and efficiency.
Safely lift, carry, load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, and boxes.
Protect and wrap items using appropriate materials (blankets, shrink wrap, straps, padding).
Secure items within moving vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
Follow company safety procedures and best practices for lifting and handling.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate moves.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at client locations.
Maintain trucks, equipment, and supplies in clean, working condition.
Assist with inventory tracking and basic move documentation.
Previous moving or delivery experience is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy loads (up to company-defined limits) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
Comfortable working in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain.
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting and carrying.
Knowledge of packing materials and best practices to prevent damage.
Customer service skills: courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor.
Ability to easily follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
Competitive hourly pay ($19-$23/hr) with potential for overtime and bonuses.

This role is physically demanding: frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing stairs. Work occurs indoors and outdoors, often at residences and/or commercial properties. Employees must be able to follow safety protocols and lift to company-standard weights safely.
