Job Description:
Support enforcement and safeguards initiatives by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing content to improve policy adherence and platform safety.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Label and classify data to support model and classifier development
- Review flagged content for policy violations and account abuse
- Implement and refine enforcement workflows and safeguards processes
- Collaborate with policy managers, analysts, and engineers on enforcement strategies
- Identify policy gaps and emerging trends in harmful content
- Conduct enforcement audits and escalate findings to internal teams
- Communicate with external users regarding safety and enforcement actions
- Evaluate product and model behavior for potential harm risks
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- Experience or academic background in CBRNE, with emphasis on chemical domains
- Ability to interpret and apply complex content and safety policies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in high-volume environments
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or explicit content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience in trust & safety, enforcement, or content moderation roles
- Background in policy analysis, threat investigation, or risk assessment
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems or data labeling workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
