Engagement: AI Enablement & Innovation Program
Position SummaryThe Engagement Lead / Program Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for a multi-party AI enablement and innovation engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for the client, owning the delivery plan end to end, and ensuring all Services and Deliverables are completed on time, on scope, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the engagement, managing day-to-day communication and executive-level relationships
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for the engagement's successful delivery
- Coordinate activities and workstreams across the delivery team, technology partner, and client teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines
- Develop, maintain, and manage the delivery plan and schedule, including milestones and critical path dependencies
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate proactively when needed
- Manage cross-team dependencies to keep the engagement on track
- Own status reporting, including regular updates to stakeholders and sponsors across all participating organizations
- Oversee the completion and quality of all contracted Services and Deliverables
- Support planning and coordination for key engagement milestones, including discovery, enablement activities, and the onsite innovation series
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, engagement leadership, or management consulting, ideally within technology or professional services environments
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements involving multiple companies or organizations simultaneously
- Strong track record of owning delivery plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting for complex initiatives
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or cross-organizational teams toward shared deliverables and deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience with AI/ML enablement, innovation workshops, or digital transformation engagements
- Familiarity with AI enablement, technology consulting, or innovation program tools and ways of working
- PMP or equivalent program management certification
- Experience supporting or leading onsite innovation events, hackathons, or workshop-style programs
Work EnvironmentThis is a project-based engagement tied to the AI Enablement & Innovation Program's discovery, enablement, and onsite innovation series activities. Location, onsite/remote posture, and travel requirements are determined by the engagement plan; an onsite presence is expected for the innovation series itself.
