The next great challenge is coming:

Room 8 Studio is looking for an Engagement Manager to drive strategic pre-sales initiatives, build winning commercial proposals, and connect client needs with delivery excellence. You'll play a key role in shaping new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping bring exciting game development projects to life.

Superpowers you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, Account Manager, or in a similar role;
• 1+ year of experience in the Game Development industry;
• Strong understanding of project estimation, budgeting, and commercial proposal preparation;
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Financial acumen and confidence working with pricing models and project budgets;
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools;
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills;
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to identify client needs and transform them into compelling business opportunities.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken;

• Lead the end-to-end pre-sales and bidding process for new business opportunities;
• Coordinate project estimations and commercial offer preparation together with production teams;
• Build competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and compelling pitch presentations;
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business development, and delivery teams during the pre-sales stage;
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand client requirements and expectations;
• Develop creative engagement approaches and tailored delivery solutions;
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality proposal submissions;
• Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities and proposal activities;
• Analyze bid results, identify improvements, and implement best practices;
• Contribute to the development and optimization of pre-sales processes and documentation;
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and support the company's growth objectives.
