Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for package development and life cycle management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and execute technical projects.
• Plan and execute packaging assignments, integrating product, equipment, marketing, and supply chain requirements.
• Develop and assess documentation to support package development, including specifications and testing protocols.
• Lead complex packaging projects related to compliance, brand maintenance, and innovative development.
• Troubleshoot packaging-related issues in manufacturing and the field.
• Ensure adherence to government and corporate guidelines during project execution.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Packaging Sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of industry experience is required, with at least 3 years of package development and packaging equipment experience.
• Specific experience within the Consumer, OTC, or Pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and testing is essential.
• Previous experience overseeing complex projects in a matrixed environment is required.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is beneficial.
