Job Summary
The Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Microsoft VDI solutions and related technologies. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to meet business needs while adhering to quality and time standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop And Implement Microsoft Vdi Solutions And Rdsh Configurations To Enhance User Experiences And Operational Efficiency.
Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Microsoft Vdi Environments, Addressing Issues And Ensuring Optimal Performance Of Virtual Desktops.
Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements Based On Requests Related To Touch Services And Video/Telepresence Technologies.
Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code And Processes, Ensuring Clarity And Facilitating Future Maintenance.
Skill Requirements
Basic Understanding Of Microsoft Vdi Solution And Rdsh Technologies.
Familiarity With Windows Operating Systems And Touch Services.
Fundamental Knowledge Of Video/Telepresence Systems And Their Integration With Virtual Environments.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
