Job Summary
Entry-level Quality Engineering role supporting manufacturing quality, process improvement, inspections, testing, and engineering activities. Ideal for recent graduates with manufacturing internship experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Support quality engineering and manufacturing process improvement activities.
· Analyze manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality information.
· Assist with feasibility testing and engineering solution validation.
· Support development and evaluation of engineering standards and specifications.
· Perform inspections to verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
· Identify process, system, and procedure gaps and support corrective actions.
· Assist with product development and engineering activities.
· Support suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
· Provide technical and operational support to manufacturing teams.
· Work within established project plans to achieve quality and engineering goals.
· Support risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in: Engineering, Technology, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics
· Recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internships are encouraged to apply.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
